Wallet sync issues

I have problem with wallet not syncing. I added nodes in reicoin.conf file but nothing. All i get is "no block source available" and get 0 active connections. What could be the problem?

1. Ensure that your file is riecoin.conf and not reicoin.conf
2. What does your riecoin.conf look like? It should be something like
