Discord server

I created a Discord server ( invite link ). Maybe we could make the community even more solid this way, with instant messaging. For now, there are 4 channels with self explaining titles: general for general discussion, dev for developers communications (a developer can post very specific questions t...

Riecoin Core 0.17.0 and later

I start this topic for discussion about Riecoin Core versions after 0.16.3. For people wanting to work on 0.17.0, you should be knowledgeable about the current Riecoin 0.16.3 code (and Bitcoin Core code in general) and a starting point is the Bitcoin Core 0.17.0 changelog. Being up to date with the ...

Re: rieMiner - Solo + pooled Riecoin mining

For some reason, I never experienced crashes again since the AVX code... This is really weird, I wonder what happened. But as you saw, the stable version was released. Interesting to know that 20 years ago, we would have destroyed in minutes the record with the current software :D. Who knows if some...

Re: 0.16 wallet and bounty news??

Instructions for compiling updated for Commit 49b03522 (now working past Block 1000000). Deb64 and Win64 binaries (commit 49b03522) available in my Riecoin page . You will also find the blockchain up to 10004834 there if you do not want to wait forever to sync (also very useful for offline wallets)...

Re: rieMiner - Solo + pooled Riecoin mining

I think that I did everything needed for a stable version, and tested a lot, so I released it :D ! Standalone Windows binaries are provided (also for Linux, compiled on Debian 9; not totally static but should work on Debian or Ubuntu fresh installs). Also, a PDF manual. L versions are without assemb...
